This international project, implemented within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program, aimed to create a system of educational materials to support so-called age-management for small and medium-sized enterprises and tools for workers aged 55+. EXCEED - Excellence in Green and Digital Manufacturing
The EU network on eco-digital innovation in Advanced Manufacturing. The project aims at creating a European network of 6 centres of vocational excellence in 5 countries to support innovation and sustainable competitiveness of the Advanced Manufacturing (AM) sector. SUFABU II – Supporting Family Businesses | Adoption of Green Transition Challenges for Building a Sustainable Economic Model of SMEs in Europe.

ROSE II: Road to self-employment for Ukrainians and other marginalised groups on the Czech labour market, 2024
The ROSE II project continued the previous project, which aimed to facilitate the integration of Ukrainian war refugees, immigrants, and other disadvantaged groups into the Czech labour market by supporting self-employment and entrepreneurship. The project was financed from the EEA and Norway Funds. The project partner was the Norwegian organisation SME Norway.

SATISF’ACTION – SMEs Care About Employee Satisfaction
This international project was aimed at owners and managers of small businesses (up to 50 employees) to provide them with the appropriate knowledge and tools to assess and manage the satisfaction of their employees. The project was implemented with the support of the ERASMUS+ programme. Implementation period: 2022 – 2023.
